The Best Literary & Book Festivals Around The United States (Now With 2023 & 2024 Dates!)
Conventions and Festivals have also been a great way to celebrate certain hobbies with like-minded people. And with the explosion of book content on the internet between BookTok, Bookstagram, and Booktube there’s no shortage of connections for readers.
As wonderful as those are though, there’s still nothing like a weekend spent in person with all your favorite people, authors, and publishers. That’s where the literary and book festivals come in.
Whether you have an author you HAVE to meet, want to plan a vacation around a certain event, or simply want to find the nearest one to you, this guide will have all the information you need for the book festivals you’re interested in!
These are listed in order of when they happen. Most happen around the same weekend every, but a few do move around so that will be noted if it’s something you need to keep an eye on!
Also, the pandemic has led to a few changes but for the most pat we’ve made it past the re-scheduling so it shouldn’t be too much of a problem for any of these dates & locations.
If you have an event you love but don’t see listed, please let me know in the comments!
